Maybe this year will be the year. Right now I am trying to get ready for the 2010 season of shows. I am ordering various things that we need such as clothing racks and art racks. We are adding 2 more designs to postcards. Next year my goal is to add the crab but outlook not so good for this year. Little by little his how we are working.<br />Last year we did not make more then we spent (sad). This year we are trying to cut down spending as much as possible and hopefully we will make more then we spend. I am also waiting to hear from artscape whether we got in or not. I really hope so. That show will just make for an amazing season. Sort of a small business insurance. I gave all my info then got a call back today and was told I was denied. This is what they said as to why, " we only insure real businesses not hobbies." I was so pissed. If it was a hobby why would I need insurance. My art is not a hobby, if I could I would devote my entire life to it but I am not at the point where it provides me with a livable income yet. Some people are so narrow minded and only view Art as a hobby. I just bought and moved in to my first house. I will have an actual studio all to my self. Once I get my home set up then I will begin creating art again.
